The last time it broke I decided to look for an alternative. I found this and figured it would be more durable. The idea that you can prepare many other things in this is definitely a plus. It also comes with a recipe book. I have a toddler, and he eats a scrambled egg every morning for breakfast. Cooking omelets are also easy. My husband works nights so when he wakes for work at 2pm he wants a hearty breakfast. I played with the times and I have listed them below. These times work well for my microwave. I also decided to try the apple desert, I modified it a little. It came out well and I had to make everyone a serving. Everyone really liked it also. This is the best microwave egg cooker I have ever owned.
